HOW GRAVITY TRACTION WORKS

Grav-Trac Can Help to Relieve Many Forms of Back Pain.

Most causes of back pain, including poor posture, weak back and stomach muscles can actually be attributed to gravity.

Grav-Trac uses the force of gravity to alleviate these pains and help you align your body properly. By simply hanging and relaxing your back in vertical alignment, you elongate your spine, stretch muscles and ligaments, relieve pressure on discs that build up and increase the actual space between your vertebrae where nerve roots are typically impacted.

Nerve roots attach to the spine through small openings between the vertebrae and discs. These discs actually form the cushions between the nerve roots that keep you free from pain. Over time, gravity can narrow these cushions which leaves you in pain.

Also, stress and muscle tension that builds up in our backs prevents proper blood and oxygen flow. This build up of tension can lead to headaches as well as back aches, and an unhealthy accumulation of chemical waste products such as lactic acid in the muscles themselves.

Using Grav-Trac several times a day, for just a few seconds at a time, stretches these muscles and ligaments, alleviating tensions and facilitating blood flow. Hanging also elongates the spine, decompressing discs and helps counteract the daily effects of gravity.
